LEGAL NOTICE

The Zoning Commission of Sugarcreek Township, Greene County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sugarcreek Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road, Bellbrook, Ohio, for ZC Case 01-2010.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider an amendment to the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Resolution under Section 3.06 of the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Resolution described as follows:

ZC Case 01-2009: On July 19, 2010 the Board of Trustees of Sugarcreek Township initiated, by the passage of a resolution, a text amendment to the Sugarcreek Township Zoning Resolution.  The text amendment proposes to add a new Zoning District, the Little Miami River Overlay District, to the Zoning Map and Zoning Resolution.

The text and map of the proposed amendment is available for public examination at the Sugarcreek Township Administration Office, 2090 Ferry Road, during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and may also be examined by appointment by calling 937-848-8426.  After the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Board of Township Trustees for its action.
